SOMERSET COUNTY FAIR Forms
These are Printable entry forms for the various events at the fair. You can either print them out and fill them in by hand or type in your information in the designated boxes before you print them.
Note: There is currently no means to send entry forms electronically that is accepted by the Somerset County Fair so please do not e-mail an entry to us, it will not be accepted. Also these forms open in a new window and you may need to temporally allow pop-ups to view them. Thank You.
Exhibit Entry Form and Dairy Cow Entry Form

Antique Farm Tractor Entry Form
An antique farm machinery judging contest will again be held at the Somerset County Fair.
Tractors will be judged at 1 pm Sunday, August 20.
Farmers’ & Merchants’ Parade Entry Forms

Livestock Scholarship Form
The number of scholarships which will be available through the scholarship committee unrestricted funds will vary each year depending on the money available in the scholarship account.
